I'm about to start reading Jaime Rushs Offspring series, as I just finished her Kindle book Unforgivable and loved it, I love her romantic/suspense balance that she achieves and her writing style is very pacey..I'll let you know how the series shapes up, in the meantime Happy Easter to all my International friend!

Just finished Eternal Kiss by Lauren Wright. It was even better than Eternal Hunger. Loved it! ... And the tidbit for Luciens story was mouth-watering... - Wow, now I´m really hooked...

I'm doing a lot of rereading of my science-fiction & fantasy collection. I finished John Brunner's Polymath and am in the middle of reading Katherine Blake's An Interior Life. Having fun rediscovering old favorites!

Skin Heat by Ava Gray. Intense hero who pines for the heroine and thinks he isn't good enough for her. He was experimented on by evil people and has some...ahem...animal instincts he's always trying to control. Really hot love scenes. (Technically this is the 3rd book in the series but I didn't like the first two books. You can read the 3rd book without being confused since the author explains everything) Perfect for someone wanting a "you're the only woman I ever wanted" love story.

Hi,
I am just reading Eon by Alison Goodman. It is rated young adult but I, as an older adult, do like it very much. It is settled in China during the ruling of the emperors. Eona in disguise of the boy Eon is presented in a ritual to the spiritual dragons and drawn into the fight for the throne.
It is a duologie but you have to watch out, Eon and book two Eona are published under different titels with the same content.

In the middle of "Lover Avenged" by JR Ward. I'm enjoying the series, although I can't wait for "Kiss of Snow"!!

On another note, I love that the banner picture at the top of your blog is of Manhattan looking over the East River into Queens. My house is in that picture somewhere! (I live in Astoria, a neighborhood in Queens.)

I second the recommendation for Redeeming Zorus, the cyborg series.

Very hot, humor, strong heroine and really muscular and tall hero cyborg. I didn't like the first book, with Flint, (I thought the heroine was whiny), but I loved all the other books in the series. You can get it at Ellora's Cave website.
